Please use the original packaging for the return and include this return note

In all countries, the customer must arrange the return and bear the costs of return.

We are happy to provide assistance, but costs are higher for this option. We highly encourage to arrange the return yourself. For more information please check our delivery.

If the return is processed through us, we will need a few days time. We ask for your understanding.

Repayment of the purchase amount will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days. We will issue the repayment using the same means of payment that you originally used, unless you explicitly agree a different means of payment with us. You will not incur any costs for the return payment. If a loss in value is ascertained upon inspection of the properties and function, which is due to improper handling by you, this must be charged.

We had to cancel that option with a heavy heart as the costs are simply too high and as this option has been misused by a number of customers. The alternative would have been to raise the price of all products, which we think is not an otion for the majority of our customers.
