We offer purchase on account to private persons up to €2000 and to corporate customers up to €5000. If your order has a higher order value, please choose a different means of payment.
We will send you the invoice as soon as the goods are ready for shipping. If you ordered with PayPal, Amazon or by credit card, your invoice will be settled by the payment to the payment service provider. If you ordered with purchase on account, this payment shall be due within 14 days of the invoice date. Ratepay will send you a reminder if you default in payment. Please note that dunning fees will be incurred as a result, which may be charged to you.
To offer payment in instalments, we work together with Ratepay GmbH. Payment in instalments is only available in Germany and Austria, and only for private customers, not companies. The minimum amount is €60 and the maximum amount is €2000.
If you wish to pay for your order in instalments, please select the ""Payment in instalments"" payment type in step 3 ""Payment"" of the ordering process, and set the desired term (3 to 24 months). The effective annual interest and any fees and the monthly instalment will then be displayed.
<The instalment will be collected from your account on the 2nd day of the month in each case. The first instalment is due in the second month after order placement. You will receive the instalment plan by e-mail direct from Ratepay four weeks after order placement.
A credit assessment will be performed by Ratepay GmbH for payment in instalments. Early repayment of the outstanding instalments is, of course, possible at any time. You can find the contact details on your invoice.
With the payment in instalments payment method, the instalment amount is reduced by the return shipping value. Ratepay will send you a new instalments plan by e-mail after your return has been credited. The monthly instalment amount remains unchanged, but the number of instalments remaining will reduce. You can find the details in the new instalments plan.
If you have returned your order in full, you will also receive a credit from Ratepay.
If the desired payment type is not offered or an error message is displayed, please submit the order with a different payment type.
This can have various reasons, e.g. payment declined by service provider, error in the adress, payment option not available in your country. In principle, it is always possible to pay with PayPal, Amazon Pay and by credit card
We ask for your understanding that our customer service team is unable to approve a payment type that has not been offered to you during the check-out process."
Unfortunately payment methods cannot be changed retrospectively.
