New edition: BACKFORCE x FOKUS

In our last blog article, we talked to our designer André about how we at BACKFORCE create new editions with our partners. At the time, we teased that we had new editions in the works that we couldn't talk about yet.

For one of the new editions, this is no longer the case: last Friday, together with FOKUS CLAN, we finally revealed our new partner edition for BACKFORCE ONE and BACKFORCE V. We are overwhelmed by your response: You seem to be just as excited about the new designs as we and FOKUS were when we were able to present the chairs for the first time in our meeting together. That's exactly how we want it to be!

The esports team around co-owner Elias "ELIASN97" Nerlich was founded in 2018 and has developed into one of the most relevant and successful esports teams in Europe in just a few years. Thanks to their focus (pun intended) on esports, content creation and storytelling, the team has already reached over 15 million followers on a variety of social platforms. It is not for nothing that they pride themselves on being "Germany's most followed esports and gaming team". This is mainly thanks to their unique approach "From the community, for the community!": Authentic interactions and participation ensure that #123FOKUS dominates every chat and that their players regularly set viewer records. FOKUS is increasingly developing into a gaming and lifestyle hub with esports DNA and its own formats such as the FOKUS Esports Academy and the popular charity stream series.

The closeness and affinity of the scene is also reflected in the choice of equipment: FOKUS players have been sitting on BACKFORCE chairs for several years. A fact that of course particularly flattered us in this cooperation.
